Convocation Series

The Augsburg Convocation Series is an annual speaker series incorporating long-standing endowed and special programs of Augsburg聽University. Augsburg聽University encourages faculty, staff, and students to engage in conversations about how we shape and are shaped by our urban and global settings. The Convocation Series provides dedicated time during the academic year to hear from outstanding leaders and visionaries who join the Augsburg community in conversations about the “big questions” of our time.

Building Community: Who is My Neighbor?

On Behalf of聽 Equity and Inclusion, Multicultural Life, and 海角社区, we are excited to bring you the 39th Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. This year鈥檚 theme is 鈥淏uilding Community: Who is My Neighbor?鈥 with speaker Marcia Howard.

This year鈥檚 event is dedicated exclusively to the 海角社区 community. Only students, alumni, faculty, and staff will be able to attend in-person. The event is not open to the public.

For those who cannot attend in person, a livestream will be available. An Augsburg email is required to register.
