The graduating class of 2013 added more than 700 Auggies鈥攆rom our undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs鈥攖o the College鈥檚 alumni ranks. This brings the total number of alumni to more than 28,000 people living in all 50 states and 57 countries around the world.

The 2013 Augsburg College Commencement theme鈥斺�渋nformed citizens鈥濃�攚as inspired by the College鈥檚 mission statement.
鈥淭o me, an informed citizen is someone鈥攊n any profession, living out any vocation鈥攚ho seeks information, digests it, and vigorously participates in society by putting their knowledge to a good, collective use. It means that we are prepared to inform, encourage and uplift people to make a difference for themselves and for the world we live in.鈥�
