Organizational and Community Context<\/h4>\n

Leadership involves an ability to understand the nature of, and respond effectively to, the context of organizations as well as the environment that surrounds them in order to operate effectively.<\/p>\n

Learning Outcomes: Articulate the key factors of organizational and community contexts and their impact on leadership. Incorporate these contexts in their analysis and evaluation of leaders and leadership.<\/p>\n
