Certificate Program

The 海角社区 Diversity and Inclusion Certificate Program is an optional program designed to help faculty and staff build the awareness, knowledge, and skills necessary to create more inclusive campus spaces inside and outside of the classroom. While this program is completely voluntary, many employees have found it to provide great benefits.

The Equity and Inclusion University Committee exists to advance the University鈥檚 mission with specific attention to furthering the promise of 鈥渁n engaged community committed to intentional diversity in its life and work.鈥 The Committee serves to cultivate a university environment that practices full inclusion.
Discrimination and Bias Reporting
Augsburg faculty, staff, students, and community members can use the Discrimination and Bias-Incident Online Reporting Form to report incidents of discrimination and/or bias.
